                                                   IT'S TIME TO ROCK N ROLL !!!!!!!!

                                                        " RESPECT FOR LAW  I-409"

INITIATIVE PETITION SIGNATURE FORMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE.

Washington Minuteman Craig Keller has accomplished what seemed to be an impossible task!!
After literally months of battling legal, logistical, and time consuming problems, Craig has registered an Initiative to the State Legislature ( I-409 ) and gotten the petition forms designed and printed as required by state law.

 The initiative is appropriately titled:
" RESPECT FOR LAW "

Initiative Measure No. 409 concerns enforcement of immigration laws.  This measure would require state and local agencies to cooperate in enforcing federal immigration laws and would require verifying immigration status of persons seeking employment, receiving driver's licenses, and receiving some public benefits.

We will soon have a website up and running exclusively for this Initiative effort. http://www.respectwashington.us

The Washington State Minutemen MCDC, GrassRoots of Yakima, RespectWashington, and WFIR held a meeting in Yakima on Sunday, June 22nd, to introduce the initiative and we now have signature forms available for everyone.

We need volunteers in every city and county to gather signatures, and we need volunteers to be coordinators/organizers in every county to enlist signature gatherers and to coordinate local activities for gathering signatures in your city/county.

Will you volunteer to be a coordinator in your city/county?  If you are concerned about illegal immigration in our State and Nation, we need your help.

Please take a moment and consider this...

This is our best, and perhaps only only chance, to bring about these reforms in Washington State!! We all know that unless this suceeds we will simply not see any crackdown on illegal immigrants or illegal employers here in Washington. We have all done the e-mailing, calling, and going to the offices of our elected representatives and it hasn't worked on the State level.

To gather the required number of registered voter signatures will take a massive effort on the part of each and every one of us and an entire army of volunteer signature gatherers! We need roughly 240,000 signatures by December. We intend to make this happen with your help! Please get everyone you know involved; friends, neighbors, relatives, local businesses and organizations.

Every event in your area is an opportunity: Gun Shows, Fairs, group meetings, malls & shopping centers where people gather.
